Water and wastewater is where we cut our teeth. Clean water treatment, wastewater and sludge process, pumping stations, service reservoirs and network sites are assets we design for, install on and commission.
The constraint is nearly always the same. The process cannot stop, the outputs are regulated, and the electrical infrastructure is often older than the control system bolted onto it. We plan the installation around that reality rather than around a drawing.
That shapes how we sequence work: temporary supplies and isolations agreed early, pre-wired assemblies built and tested off site, switchover rehearsed before anybody turns a key on a live works.
- Replace MCCs and switchboards on live works
- Install pump control, duty rotation and VSD panels
- Install and commission blower, aeration and dosing control
- Fit and calibrate flow, level, pressure, DO, turbidity and chlorine instruments
